Doctors may be contacted during normal surgery hours. If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and we will advise you when it is likely the doctor will be available for you to call back. Your call will always be put through to the doctor in an emergency. It is helpful if you advise the reception staff of the nature of your call, as they may be able to assist you.
